        TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Payment of 50%is required to reserve the date and the remaining 50% balance is due 5 business days prior to the event.
  • Deposits are non-refundable 3 days after event is booked.

A $250 penalty will be charged for all date and time changes made after booking the event.

  • Balloons are allowed in the party room only, no inflation/popping of balloons are allowed onsite, all balloons need to be removed from the property at the end of the event – a fee of $100.00 will be applied to any balloons left onsite.
  • Candles:All candles must be contained or enclosed in glass. The flame must not reach higher than 2 inches below the height of the glass.
  • Parking:All vehicles associated in any way with the event must be parked within the parking area or the drive. No vehicles shall be parked on any other lawn surface or round about unless granted permission by the owners.
  • Decorations may not be hung with staples, wire, nails or screws in the premises which will damage the venue. All decorations must be removed without leaving damages directly following the departure of the last guest, unless special arrangements have been made between the Client(s) and the venue. Note: The use of birdseed and blowing bubble is permitted only outside for wedding and reception farewells. Rice, confetti, flower petals, glitter, pyrotechnics, and sparklers are not permitted.
  • Vendors/Catering: Davie Ranch works with many pre-approved caterers and vendors to suit every budget and design goal. A list of preferred vendors that have extensive experience on the property is available.
  • SMOKING: The Davie Ranch is a non-smoking venue. Smoking will be permitted only in designated areas outside of the barn and away from hay or wood shavings.
  • All children under the age of 16 MUST be supervised at all times.

 

Town of Davie Noise Ordinance allows for available use of the venue no later than 7:00PM. If paying for overtime use of the venue, it is at customer risk and is at the discretion of the Davie Ranch.
