To be considered for the position of camp counselor, applicants must be 18 years of age or older and demonstrate a genuine passion for working with both children and horses. Previous experience in equine care and handling is essential, as counselors will be responsible for overseeing horse-related activities and ensuring the safety and well-being of both campers and animals. Additionally, candidates should have experience in a leadership or mentorship role with children, showcasing their ability to engage and manage groups in a positive and supportive manner.
