Rate Includes:
6 hours use of the facility
2 hour setup (2pm – 4pm)
1 cocktail hour (4pm – 5pm)
3 reception hours (5pm – 8pm)
Ceremony & Cocktail Area
Romantic outdoor ceremony under a willow tree with vibrant bougainvillea’s and horses as a backdrop. White folding chairs, mason jars with candles and decorated pergola.

Reception Barn
A 12,000 sq. foot barn with horses, rustic wood furniture including a built in bar, decorated with hay bales and saddles. Stage, string lights, ceiling fans, and state of the art music system.

Campfire Area
Relaxing and rustic campfire with Adirondack chairs and magical treehouse. Perfect area to roast marshmallow’s or have a drink.

Planning & Designing Services
Our team will organize & custom design your vision for your special day.

Bathroom Attendant & Cleaning Fees
Bathrooms will be cleaned every half hour during the event. Full cleaning of venue included when using our in-house catering.


Full Bar, Beer & Wine Bar, Soft Drink Bar (Non-Alcoholic)
An 18% Event Production Fee and State Sales Tax will be applied

*If guest count exceeds 100 and/or longer than 5hrs, additional staff may be required for an additional fee

How Do I Book My Wedding at Davie Ranch?

To Hold-the-Date for your wedding, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is due. Once your date is reserved, you will need to contract with us within two weeks.
At contracting, a 25% down payment of the total wedding balance is due. A monthly payment schedule will be set up with the final payment due one month prior to your wedding.
